How can I join the Naturiga Advantage Member Program?

You can easily complete the membership steps from your desktop, laptop, or mobile phone via the relevant sections on our website www.naturiga.com.

What are the benefits of the Advantageous Member Program?

  • You start earning points with every purchase from the moment you become a member.
  • When you complete your membership profile, 300 points are automatically credited to your account.
  • You earn 1 point for every 1 TL you spend.
  • Every 10 points you accumulate are calculated as 1 TL and stored in your member account.
  • When you follow Naturiga's Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Pinterest accounts, an extra 100 points are added to your member account for each social media channel. (One-time credit)
  • When you subscribe to our e-newsletter, an extra 500 points are automatically credited to your member account. (One-time credit)
  • You can use all your accumulated points within 1 calendar year. Points accumulated in your account are deleted at the end of each calendar year and do not carry over to the next year.
  • Additionally, every year on your birthday, 1,000 gift points are automatically credited to your member account from us. Your birthday gift points are available for use for 1 month from your birthday. After 1 month, they will be automatically deleted from your account.
  • Point Validity Period:
  • All accumulated points are valid for 1 calendar year.
  • Points are automatically reset on the membership anniversary.
  • Points do not carry over to the next year.

How do I earn points or rewards?

You earn points every time you shop as a member and for every step mentioned above.

How do I redeem my rewards?

  • You can start using your reward points once they reach 500 points.
  • Your reward points can only be used for purchases made on www.naturiga.com.tr. They can be used on desktop, laptop, or via the mobile application.
  • Once you reach 900 points, you can also use your points for free shipping, if you wish.

How can I check my point balance?

You can view your ready-to-use points balance online or via the app within your member account.

What happens if I return a product?

Returns for food products are only processed for defective items, as per relevant legislation.

In the event of a return, points earned from the related purchase may be deducted from your balance.
