After preparing the ingredients, we can start making our cake. You can make the cake on the morning of the day you plan to eat it, or the evening before.

In a mixing bowl, add the room temperature eggs, olive oil, milk, and vinegar, and mix for 2-3 minutes with a mixer. Then, add the Naturiga Cocoa Cake & Muffin Mix and mix for another 1-2 minutes. Pour the mixture into a small or medium-sized greased or parchment-lined round cake pan and bake in the middle rack of a preheated oven at 165 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes. While the cake is baking, let's prepare the cake cream. Melt the chocolate using a bain-marie method. Whip the dairy cream with a mixer, then add the melted chocolate and mix a little more. After the cake is baked, let it rest in the oven for 2-3 more minutes, then remove it and, after the initial heat has passed, cut it in half horizontally with a moistened knife. Spread the prepared cream between the two cake layers. If you wish, you can cover the top of the cake with the same cream.
