You can enjoy ketogenic and gluten-free bread with our nutritious and filling bread mix, which you can easily prepare in just a few steps.
Our ketogenic bread mix is made with naturally low-carb flour alternatives and flavored with rich nuts and spices.
In 100 grams of your baked bread, prepared according to the recipe details:
4.2g carbohydrates
13.7g fiber
20.8g protein, and
25.2g fat.
Note: (1 slice of ketogenic bread can be portioned as approximately 30-35 grams)
Ingredients: Lupin (Broad Bean) Flour, Psyllium Husk Powder, Almond Flour, Chia Seeds, Coconut Flour, Brown Rice Protein, Peanut, Flaxseed, Sunflower Seeds, Sesame, Pumpkin Seeds, Raw Almond, Lemon Fiber, Sea Salt, Basil.
Allergens: Marked in bold.
PREPARATION:
- In a bowl, whisk 4 eggs, 50g olive oil, and 1 tablespoon vinegar for 2-3 minutes until well combined. Add the entire package of ketogenic bread mix to the whisked mixture. To achieve the desired consistency, gradually add 65-70ml of warm water and knead by hand.
- Pour the dough, once it reaches the desired consistency, into greased molds or a mold lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for approximately 55-60 minutes. After cooling, remove from the mold and serve.
- For vegan bread, an egg substitute can be used in the same quantity.

One 300-gram package of bread mix yields approximately 400-450 grams of baked bread.

- NOTE 1: The flour mix and nuts in the product give it a scone-like taste and a dense texture profile.

NOTE 2: As our product does not contain preservative ingredients, we recommend using the entire package once opened. You can slice the baked bread, put it in the freezer (-18°C), and consume it whenever you wish for up to 6 months.
To make it easy to thaw and consume when removed from the freezer, slice it before freezing.
Prevent air exposure and keep it away from moisture by using a freezer bag.
When removed from the freezer, you can happily consume it by heating it in the oven or a toaster.
You can maintain the freshness of your baked bread for up to 6 months in the freezer and for 3-5 days in a sealed container in the refrigerator (+4°C). For better moisture control, store it in an airtight container.
