Ingredients for Chocolate Gluten-Free Cake Recipe

Dry ingredients;

 
 

Wet ingredients:

  • ½ cup plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons grated and cooked apple
  • ¼ cup sparkling water


How to Make Gluten-Free Cake?

Mix the dry ingredients; add all dry ingredients to a glass bowl: oat flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, psyllium husk powder, and baking soda, and mix with a spatula or spoon. Add plant-based milk and apple cider vinegar to the dry mixture and mix until a smooth batter is obtained.

Add peanut butter and applesauce and mix again. Finally, add sparkling water and mix gently. Line your cake pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixture. Try to make the top as flat as possible. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for about 30 minutes. If a skewer inserted into the cake comes out clean, you can turn off the oven. Allow the chocolate peanut butter cake to cool before removing it from the baking pan.

If desired, you can also serve it by melting sugar-free or low-sugar chocolate using the double boiler method.
