As Naturiga, we do not prefer to use artificial sweeteners in any of our products. We find the nutritious foods that nature offers us and that naturally contain sugar to be sufficient, and as with everything, we see them as a more suitable form of consumption than artificial sweeteners when consumed in reasonable amounts.
However, it is always possible to achieve different flavors and sweeten as you wish according to your taste.
Daily protein needs vary according to physical characteristics, age, and active lifestyle. You can use 10g-40g of Berry Protein mixture daily, preferably by adding it to plant-based milk, milk, and fresh vegetable & fruit juices. Since it does not contain anti-caking agents and additives that ensure easy dissolution, we recommend mixing it thoroughly with a blender, shaker, or a simple milk frother.
It can also be added to breakfast bowls and all kinds of suitable homemade snack recipes.
It contains 57% vegetable protein. For example, a 30g serving provides 17g of vegetable protein.
You can mix 1 to 4 tablespoons of portion powder with 250-600 ml of liquid, according to your taste.
