How to use?
To support daily fiber intake, 1-2 times a day before meals,
1 teaspoon of psyllium seed powder can be mixed with water and consumed without delay.
It can be added to pastry recipes made with gluten-free flours.
Depending on the type of flour, approximately 10% of the flour used in recipes is added as psyllium powder.
