3 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil, olive oil, or another preferred oil
2 cups Coconut Milk or a preferred plant-based milk
50-60 grams ground Cashews or Hazelnuts or Almonds
With this sauce recipe, you can prepare four servings of pasta.
Pasta Sauce Recipe
Grind cashews, hazelnuts, or almonds in a blender until powdered.
Add coconut milk or your desired plant-based milk and nutritional yeast, then blend for a short while longer.
In a pot, heat coconut oil or olive oil over medium heat. Add the blended mixture to the heated oil and stir until the sauce thickens.
